The fastest way to reach us is the in-app feedback chat icon on the home screen of Braindex. For anything we can’t solve in the app — or if you can’t open the app — email david@movietoons.co. We reply within 1–3 business days.
1. Report a bug or request a feature
Send feedback from inside the app
Open Braindex on your phone → tap the chat bubble icon at the top of the home screen → type your message + optional 1–5 star rating → Send.
We read every message and use them to prioritise the roadmap.

2. Request data changes (without deleting your account)
You can ask us to delete or change specific pieces of data we hold about you while keeping your account active. Examples:
- Remove your email address from your account profile
- Remove your phone number from your account profile
- Delete the optional profile answers you filled in (age range, gender, student level, why-Braindex, AI Zoom call interest)
- Remove a specific past leaderboard entry
- Delete the feedback messages you have submitted
- Correct an inaccurate display name or other field
How to send the request
Email david@movietoons.co with the subject line “Data change request”. Use this template — tap to copy the text into your email:

We process requests within 30 days (usually 1–3 business days) and confirm by reply.
Some on-device data (your local streak count, daily reminder time, cached session) is stored only on your phone and can be cleared by uninstalling the app — no email needed.
3. Delete your entire account
If you want to delete everything — your account, profile data, and all associated records — the in-app delete is fastest:
- Open Braindex → Settings (top-right person icon) → Delete account.

4. Privacy questions or complaints
For anything privacy-related — questions about how we handle your data, GDPR / CCPA requests, complaints — email david@movietoons.co. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Children’s data (under 13)
Braindex does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and want to review, change, or delete data we may have collected from your child, email david@movietoons.co. We will respond within 30 days.
